Return Policy
At MommyCare USA, we value our customers and aim to make returns as simple as possible. If you need to return a product, please do so within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened Products
If your product is unopened and the safety seal is intact, we will issue a full refund once the item is returned to us.
Opened/Used Products
For opened or used products, we will provide a store credit in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to you after we receive the returned item. The gift card will be valid for 60 days.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service at [email protected] with your purchase details. You will then need to mail the product and proof of purchase to: 20801 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 403, Aventura, FL 33180.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product you received was incorrect or damaged. Once we receive your return and verify it meets the requirements, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
- Delivery Costs: Non-refundable.
We reserve the right to verify customer information and proof of purchase and to deny return requests at our discretion.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
If you received a damaged or incorrect item from MommyCareUSA.com, please contact customer service at [email protected] to request a pre-paid mailing label. Return the item with a note explaining the issue. We will cover all costs for returning the item and send you a replacement.
Shipping & Handling for Purchases
- Accepted Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Order Processing: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM EST are processed the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 8 AM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed within 2 business days.
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS.
- Shipping Costs: Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a $20 shipping fee applies.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-9 business days, depending on the delivery location.
International Orders
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and do not accept international credit cards.

You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Click the tracking number to check your package’s delivery status.
