We want you to love every Mommy Care product you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Eligibility
To keep our products safe and hygienic for all moms and babies, returned items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and unmarked
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that opened or used items cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@mommycareusa.com with your order number and a short note about what you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll reply with the next steps and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If it was our mistake, we’ll make it right and cover the shipping cost.

Damaged or Wrong Item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something looks off, contact us within 7 days so we can correct it quickly.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order for what you’d like and send the original back once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@mommycareusa.com.
